Carlos Alvarez
Veterinary Technician
Carlos comes to us from California where he assisted in orthopedic and regenerative care (stem cells & PRP) for 16 years. He is fluent in English, Spanish and ASL. Carlos loves the outdoors and all the animals found there. He says “When I was 5 my parents took me to the San Diego Zoo and I knew then that I had to work with animal. Now I don’t only enjoy caring pets but also enjoy working with clients and providing the education needed to be an informed pet parent. With more than 18 years of experience, my passion working as Veterinary Technician continues to grow and I truly enjoy teaching others about veterinary medicine”
Felicia
Felicia has been working with animals since she was 14 years old. She is one of two technicians that helped Dr. Metts open Forsyth Park Animal Hospital in 2013. When she isn’t helping to keep your pets healthy, she can be found coaching jr. roller derby, playing adult roller derby, teaching various group fitness formats, advocating for caretakers and those impacted by paralysis. When she finally sits down for a minute, she enjoys time with her friends and family, especially her husband Michael and their dog and two cats.
